1. Total Delivery Time
To ensure you have the most accurate expectation for your order, please note that Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Production Time: All items are fulfilled and shipped by Tapstitch. Because our products are made-to-order, they require a production period before they are ready to ship.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time the carrier takes to deliver your item after production is complete. Please note that shipping time estimates do not include production time.

2. Live Shipping Estimates & Rates
We use Tapstitch automatic shipping profiles in our store to provide you with the most accurate information.

Dynamic Estimates: Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and again at checkout. These timeframes are calculated based on your specific shipping address, the fulfillment location, and the selected shipping method.

Live Rates: Shipping costs are handled directly by Tapstitch and are calculated at checkout to ensure accuracy.

3. Shipping Delays
While we provide estimates at checkout to help you plan, these timeframes are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as:

Customs processing for international orders.

Local carrier delays.

4. Important Order Information
Our store's shipping system is fully automated through Tapstitch. Once an order is placed, the shipping profile and rates cannot be manually edited or adjusted. This ensures the connection remains secure and your shipping rates stay accurate. Please double-check your address at checkout, as the automated nature of our fulfillment makes it difficult to alter details once production begins.
